Are you licensed?

Yes! I am licensed by the State of California as a Landscape Contractor, state category C-27.


Are you insured?

Yes. I carry full general liability insurance


Can you give cost estimates over the phone?

I Prefer that we meet. I like to see the site and get a feel for it and, most of all, I like to meet with who I'll be working with. An in-person, one-on-one relationship I find works the best.


If I want to know more about you, can I contact current and previous clients?

I have no problem with you doing so but will need to check with the client first and then pass on their contact information to you.


How do you schedule your clients?

I find out what day or days of the week they prefer to have landscape maintenance done and try to accommodate their wishes. For a one time project I always work with the client to ensure a good start and finish date.


What if an emergency situation occurs like a broken irrigation sprinkler or pipe or a tree that has fallen.

I respond right away. I know that running water is costly and fallen trees or branches are hazards.
